We want people who reach Proctou Walk-In Tubs to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, we would like to know. This page shows how to raise a concern and what happens afterward. It is a general template and not legal advice.

If Your Concern Is About a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own estimates, prices, products, warranties and customer service. If there is a problem with work in your home, it often helps to take it up with the provider first and keep a written record.

Please tell us too. Feedback helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Please note that Proctou Walk-In Tubs cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, refund a provider's work or act for a provider.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@proctou.skin and include:

• Your name and a way to reach you
• The date you contacted us or the provider
• The number you called or the form you used, if you recall
• The provider's name, if you have it
• What happened and what outcome you hope for

After You Write

We will confirm by email that your complaint arrived, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into it, which may mean contacting the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

If You Still Feel Unheard

If our reply does not settle things, answer the email and ask us to take another look. Your state attorney general, a state consumer protection office or the local Better Business Bureau may also be able to help. For licensed contractors, your state contractor licensing board may be another option.
