Disclaimer: What This Website Is and Is Not

Last updated: October 2026

Please read this notice before you rely on anything at proctou.skin. It is a general template and not legal advice.

We Refer, We Do Not Do the Work

Proctou Walk-In Tubs is a referral and marketing business. We link homeowners with independent providers of walk-in tubs, walk-in showers and tub-to-shower conversions. We do not sell, install, repair or service bathing products. A provider, not Proctou Walk-In Tubs, does any work in your home.

A Match Is Not a Recommendation

Being connected with a provider does not mean we endorse it. We do not promise the quality, timing, cost or results of a provider's work or products. We also cannot promise that a provider will be available in your area when you need one. Each provider answers for its own licenses, insurance, warranties and conduct.

Not Health Advice

Nothing on this site is medical or health advice. We describe product features in general terms only. We do not claim that any tub, shower or feature will prevent injury or improve a health condition. If you wonder how to bathe safely with a health or mobility issue, talk with a qualified health professional.

About the Prices You See

Cost figures here are typical U.S. ranges. They are not quotes. They shift with the product, the bathroom, the materials and the work involved. Ask the provider for a written estimate before any work begins.

Insurance, Programs and Financing

We cannot say whether an insurance plan, a government program or any other source will help pay for a project. Nothing here promises coverage or funding. Contact the plan or program directly. Any financing comes from the provider or a third party, on their terms.

How We Get Paid

Proctou Walk-In Tubs may receive payment from providers or marketing partners when we connect them with homeowners. Our Referral Marketing Disclosure explains how this works.

Accuracy

We work to keep this information correct and current. Still, we make no warranty that it is complete or contains no mistakes.
